Experienced Account Officer – New Covington Branch

Previous account officer or MSR experience or 1 year of financial institution experience.

Indirect Lending Specialist

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Indirect Lending Specialist to support our indirect lending program. This role is responsible for reviewing and processing loan applications from dealership partners, coordinating loan funding, opening new member accounts, and delivering exceptional service to members and dealers.

The ideal candidate has experience in lending or loan processing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify opportunities to promote additional credit union products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Review and process indirect loan applications for secured and unsecured loans
Evaluate credit, verify income and employment, and approve loans within authority limits
Coordinate loan funding and ensure documentation is complete and compliant
Open new member accounts and support loan servicing activities
Communicate with dealership partners to resolve funding or documentation issues
Identify opportunities to cross-sell credit union products and services

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of lending, loan processing, or financial institution experience
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Knowledge of lending procedures and credit analysis preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
