Term Share Certificates are higher yield term investments. Minimum balances range from $1000 to $5000, depending on the term. Terms range from 6 months to 5 years. Interest is compounded daily and paid monthly or quarterly. Interest from term share certificates may be compounded back to the certificate, deposited to another account type, or mailed to the member.

At maturity, term share certificates will automatically renew for the same term and current rate unless otherwise specified. Funds are federally insured up to at least $250,000 and backed by the full faith and credit of the U. S. Government National Credit Union Administration.
